Message: Don't judge a book by it's cover. These people did what they said they would do, the lady was nice and polite, and they ran the windshield repair through my insurance, and it only cost me $100 out of pocket. I will also add that it took 2 hours, and she quoted me 2 hours.

Message: I had such a great experience here. I needed my passenger side window replaced (my fault for parking in a bad neighborhood), and I needed it fixed ASAP. American Auto replaced it in less than two hours and gave me a very fair price. I think we can all agree, with everything going on in our busy lives, the last thing we need to worry about is a broken car window. Thank you American Auto Glass for taking care of this so quickly, so efficiently and for giving me a very affordable price. The owner (Jackie I believe) was a sweetheart and clearly took pride in her business. Not only that, they vacuumed up all the broken glass in my car. It was as though my window had never even been broken. I was able to get back to my crazy, busy life and put this whole experience behind me in no time.
