Message: We have been trying to find good quality replacement vinyl windows with the same black/bronze color inside and out. We read about Rich Door & Window and visited the store. Rich was super helpful and had a Milgard series that were just what we were looking for. Rich worked with our contractor on measurements and ordered us 34 windows and doors. He gave us a very fair deal and was always professional and friendly. He was upfront about the lead time required and communicated with us throughout the process. The windows are really nice and make our home look like new! I am now working with Rich to replace internal doors. I highly recommend Rich if your in search or windows or doors. Thank you.
